Project Description

Cut and narrowed a 12 bolt housing to fit my car.

Build Process

I cut and narrowd a 1969 Chevelle 12 bolt housing to fit my 1968 Nova. I added new housing ends, Caltrack traction bars, disk brakes and upgraded to aftermarket axles, and braced and moved and leaf spring mounts in.

Tools Used

Millermatic 130 welder, and handbuilt jig to hold the housing square.
