These are some saw horses I made several years ago. I use them for welding, wood projects, and painting. They are 26 1/8" tall x 36 1/2" wide x 17" deep. C4 x 5.4 C-Channel x 36" Long (1) 1/4 x 3 x 3 Angle Iron x 26" Long (2) 1/4 x 3 x 3 Angle Iron x 17" Long (2) Tools: Horizontal Cut off Saw, cutting torch, square, measuring tape, scribe, grinder, welder (preferably a Miller)
The best way to make these is to cut, trim the 45's, grind the radius, and de-burr all the material first. You will have to grind the flange corners on the C-channel to fit tight into the angle iron uprights. There is a Left & Right side on the uprights for each saw horse, so be sure to tack everything up before you start welding. They weigh about fifty pounds each, but are fairly easy to move around. This height works very well for me.
