Compact and lightweight - designed to be the smallest, lightest 1800-RPM low-speed diesel. Easy to transport from one job to another.

Next Generation arc quality and performance:

  • Improved arc performance and stability offer exceptional arc control for Stick, MIG and TIG welding. Stick arc designed for cross-country pipeliners.
  • Four preset DIG settings (Stick)
  • Hot Start™ makes it easy to start all types of Stick electrodes.
  • Lift-Arc™ TIG with Auto-Stop™ and Crater-out.

Standard Features include Stick, Lift-Arc™ TIG, Flux Cored and MIG. Other features include digital preset weld meters, output contactor control and automatic idle.

Available with either a Caterpillar, Kubota or Mitsubishi engine. Designed to operate over 10,000 hours before the first basic overhaul. Backed by worldwide support and service.

Quiet at only 71 dba (96 Lwa) at 23 ft at maximum output. Improves work site communication.

The VaultThe Vault-ultimate control board reliability. Hardened solid-state control technology, housed in a sealed vault. The vault's sealed connections are made through watertight plugs that make these components impenetrable to dust and moisture.

Meter maintenance displays:

  • Hour meter function
  • Hours to oil change indicator keeps track of maintenance needs to ensure peak performance.
  • High coolant temperature and low oil pressure shutdowns
  • Low fuel shutdown - engine shuts down before system runs out of fuel, making restarts easy.

Auto Remote Sense (ARS) detects if a remote control is plugged into the 14 pin and eliminates confusion of the remote/panel switch.

Compatible with the Wireless Remote Hand Control. Improve productivity, eliminate clutter and cord tangles in the work area. Eliminate cord failure and associated downtime/repair costs and extend the operator's welding range without adding cord extensions.

Tailored arc control (DIG) allows the arc characteristics to be changed for specific applications and electrodes. Smooth running 7018 or stiffer, more penetrating 6010.

Optional Stainless Steel Appearance Package provides additional exterior protection to withstand corrosive environments.
