Certificate Of Conformity

Miller's Certificate of Conformity and Origin certifies the month, year and place of manufacture of Miller welding power sources and accessories as identified by the product name, Miller stock number, and machine serial number. The document also certifies conformity to IEC 60974-1, the standard to which most Miller products are designed.

One machine is typically listed per document, but the form can list multiple serial numbers of the same stock number that were built in the same calendar year. If the first two letters of the serial number are the same, the machines were built in the same calendar year.

Note: The Certificate of Conformity is NOT a calibration certificate. That document, if needed, must be obtained from a qualified electrical testing facility.
