Miller Jet Dragster Hits the Track with Driver Elaine Larsen - Back for 11 Events in 2011

The Miller Jet Dragster is back for 2011 — competing in 11 events! Miller Electric Mfg. Co., based in Appleton, Wis., is a proud supporter of motorsports at all levels of competition and has teamed up with driver Elaine Larsen of Haines City, Fla.-based Larsen Motorsports for another great year of racing. The Miller Jet Dragster was built by husband and wife duo Chris and Elaine Larsen and driven by Elaine, who is still among only a handful of women in the world to pilot a jet dragster.
Also back is the Miller Welding Road Show; a nationwide tour including participation at premiere drag-racing events. Through the Road Show, Miller Welders engages and educates the racing community about welding and the significant role welders play within all levels of the sport.
Our partnerships with talented, recognized teams such as Larsen Motorsports support our goal to inspire home hobbyists as well as professional fabricators. Miller provides the knowledge and tools to succeed, both on the track and in the shop.
Attending an event? Motorsports enthusiasts are encouraged to stop by the Miller Welding Road Show display located in the midway to meet the Larsen Motorsports team … and give the latest Miller welding and plasma cutting equipment a try.
Miller Welders representatives will be on-site and available via the Miller Welding Road Show trailer and display. Fans in the stands as well as the racing teams are encouraged to get questions answered by Miller experts, experience hands-on welding and cutting demonstrations and get under the hood to try welding or plasma cutting on top-quality, high-performance equipment.
